Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid. Spanish Cup quarterfinals second leg.
Leading 2-0 after the first game, Atletico traveled to Madrid's home confident they could progress.
And after 46 seconds, the dream looked like it could become a reality.
Antoine Griezmann received the ball on the left side and dribbled his way into the Madrid box.
He quickly put a low cross into Torres who placed a crisp shot into the opposite corner sparking jubilant celebrations.
This was the first time that the local boy had scored at the Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid's home stadium.
Madrid equalized after 20 minutes.
But Torres night was about to get even better.
A minute after half-time he struck again.
Griezmann was the architect again as he intercepted the ball in midfield and fed Torres who coolly placed the ball between the legs of the goalkeeper.

Madrid equalized again, but Atletico went through on aggregate.
Torres never reached those heights again in the remainder of his time at the club.
But for one night against the old enemy, Torres had returned.
