Arrival in Japan

Torres became one of the first European players to ply their trade in Japan.

He joined Sagan Tosu in July 2018.

"I wanted a new challenge in a completely different place," said Torres in an interview as reported by Sky Sports.

So far the striker has scored 3 goals in 17 games.

It will be interesting to see if he attracts other players to Japan. 

The next step in Torres' career will be worth following just as much as the previous 17 years.
